I ve stayed here several times. There s never been trouble with pickup from or return to the airport. There s free internet. The breakfast isn t bad. I recommend this place and plan to stay here again next time!

This place is dirty and if you want a good nights sleep you may not be able with the airplane noise from the planes going over the hotel all night, spend a little more and go some place else!

Dirty and smelly room. Poor services. They offer free transportation from airport but they keep you waiting for 1 hour (exhusted after 10 hours flight) standing and waiting for the shuttle service, while the hotel is only 10 mins away.

I found this hotel thru the travelfish.org site. The hotel was excellent for our purposes: a reliable and convenient stopover close to Bangkok Intl( genuine 15 mins transit). Hotel pristinely clean, no-frills restaurent, simple but good breakfast and excellent shuttle facilities to and from the airport. Highly recommended: does exactly what it says on the tin! Excellent VFM.

The room is very nice, clean and neat, suitable for people who just want to stay in the hotel, no desire to go around, for there s almost nothing beside the hotel. The food of the hotel is tasty at a reasonable price and the service of picking up and send off is good. I would like to visit again when i need a transit.

The Floral Shire was a good place to stay for a layover. Its a basic room, but thats all you should expect and want when dropping in for a night. Most importantly to me is that they were waiting for us at arrivals and quickly and efficiently had us to the hotel in no time.

So close to the hotel but had a hard time finding it. Every taxi we took could not find it in the first try. Not too close to the city which means more taxi ride to downtown and all sight seeing spots. If you are looking for a stop over for a couple days this is a good place. Clean and helpful staff.

A basic hotel that could fulfill our transit need; Fast shuttle bus transfer even we arrive at 11pm and go back to airport at 5am; Clean bed and hot shower; No much noise of the airplane; Staff are friendly; I will recommend to the others; Value for money!!

This is an airport hotel, not much else to add. We stayed one night. It was clean (except for a large bug), had AC, internet and an ok breakfast. Planes were loud overhead, but you would expect that. It was situated in a strange back alley side street, we did not leave the hotel and would not have felt safe doing so at night. Free shuttle service was a plus.

We have stayed here three times just as a quick stop over between the late arrival flights then on to Koh Samui. A very efficient service. Pick up was straight forward, we waiting about 6mins after they identified us and the driver arrived. Basic but clean room and breakfast and friendly staff. You hear the odd plane but thats what you get when you stay by the airport. Very suitable for a stop over stay and no hassle pick up etc.

I am very happy with the Floral Shire Resort. It is not a luxury hotel, but the staff were there on time for our pick up and were very friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was ok but not special. We could hear planes passing over the hotel but it was not loud. If you are looking for a hotel which is reasonably priced and close to the airport, then Floral Shire Resort is a good choice.

Great place to stay if looking for something near the airport. Timely and complimentary shuttle service. Easy to find shuttle @ airport. We left hotel @ 4:00 AM and Shuttle was ready and waiting. Staff super friendly and conscientious. Rooms basic, but clean, functional and inexpensive. Some interesting shops nearby (run by locals, selling a few groceries). Great experience!

Hotel is suitable for stay over during the flight transfer. It s around 10 minutes driving to the airport. The shuttle is convinient. The room facility is good, but the air conditioner is too close to the bed, which may not feel comfortable.

I ll stay here everytime I have an overnight connection in Bangkok. Places like this make me wonder why anyone would pay the ridiculous prices of the Novotel at Suvarnabhumi. The pickup service was prompt and friendly, the hotel was clean and tidy. Minibar items were very reasonably priced and the fridge was cold. TV and AirCon worked great, with lots of satellite channels. They even upgraded me to the next size room for free! Return shuttle to the airport in the morning was just a prompt and friendly. I ll never pay for the Novotel again knowing I can stay in comfort and at great value at the Floral Shire. I wouldnt really recommend this hotel for holiday though. It s located on the outskirts of the city. The rooms are very well appointed, for the $25 you pay. linens were clean, bed was comfortable, furniture in great condition, etc. but its not the four seasons. I think this should be obvious, but as someone who reads online reviews a lot, I think people have unreal expectations at some of these purpose built places. Floral Shire is a great facility, with good friendly staff, and is a perfect alternative to paying the exhorbitant prices of the Novotel at Suvarnabhumi or sleeping in the terminal. A no-brainer for me in the future.

Easy to use. I booked the hotel from the airport lounge in Hanoi, and the hotel transfer driver was there to pick me up at the airport when I arrived in Bangkok only 2 hours later.

Dont be put off by the location or first impression. Service was great, rooms were very adequate for the cost and overall we were very happy. Taxi was ordered for us to return to airport as we didnt fit in their car. Breakfast was served before allotted time so great care is taken. Well worth the money. 10-15 mins from airport, only heard 3 planes.

I spent 1 night between a late arrival and early departure to/from Bangkok airport in Floral Shire hotel. Even though I arrived very late at night & it took me ages to exit the airport (because my luggage did not arrive and I had to fill in a-lost-luggage-form) my free pickup from the hotel waited for me and welcomed me with a smile. The drive to the hotel = very quick, 5 min = max time to sleep inbetween the flights. Simple, but nice & clean room with everything you need if you have lost your luggage + free coffee and water. Nice and kind personnel.

Great that I could pay with my Swedish credit card from a hotel in China! (Some travles and hotels on other pages could ot be purchased in this way.)
