Room was great,very spacious with a nice big balcony. Location is brilliant, right in the middle of town but set back enough from the road to be very quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were polite and friendly. We got a good deal and for the price we have absolutely no complaints. We had a very nice long weekend and would definitely stay here again.

The staff was extremly helpful and very polite. The service was excelent and the breakfast was great. The location near the beach is good and the view from the 10th floor was very nice. The only inconvenient were the roosters in the neighborhood.

ห้องพักแบบ standard ค่อนข้างเก่า ผ้าห่มและทีวีเป็นแบบเก่า (โรงแรมใหม่ ๆ ผ้าห่มจะเป็นแบบผ้านวม)คนไทยโดนชาร์จราคาวันหยุดอีกคืนละ 200 บาท ซึ่งไม่ได้มีอะไรพิเศษมากกว่าแขกต่างชาติเลย พนักงานบริการดี ยิ้มแย้ม ทั้งเบลบอย พนักงานรปภ.หรือพนง.ฟร้อนท์บริการประทับใจดีทุกคน อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์มีให้เลือกหลากหลายพอประมาณ เรื่องห้องพักแสงไฟในห้องน้อยเกินไป เคเบิ้ลทีวีแทบไม่มีให้ดู มีแต่ทีวีไทยกับช่องต่างชาติอีกประมาณ 3 ช่อง เทียบไม่ได้กับไอบิสพัทยา ที่นั่นมีมากกว่า 30 ช่อง สรุปประทับใจเฉพาะพนักงานของโรงแรม แต่ห้องพักราคาสูงเกินความเป็นจริง (1,550 บาท/คืน) เมื่อเทียบกับคุณภาพห้องที่ได้รับ
